Seller Performance has no alert and funds are on hold

I have been selling on amazon globally since two years and my account health page has no voilation reported. Amazon claimed i have voilated policy of amazon and sold unauthentic product. All of my listing's title and description has clear information about my product as we customize products according to customer's choice.

I received email that my account deactivated, then Amazon asked to provide document proof and i provided the same to amazon but they are not satisfied and my account is deactivated. I have same listings/products selling which i have been selling since 2 years and now they are unauthenic.

Amazon conducted internal verification and holding my funds which even after video call not released to me, for which they have no right to hold those funds as they are generated through my business/products and i have paid amazon its share in shape of fee.

Now after video call i received an email that my funds are not going to release and will be held by amazon. Why amazon is going to hold those funds where they did not provide internal verification report to me claiming that i am selling unautentic product.

I need my funds back which are more than $3000.

Where did you source your items from?

Unless you can provide proof to convince Amazon, your account will remain deactivated and your funds held. For that you will need a LOA from the brand owner and invoices from a brand authorized supplier. Do you have these documents?

for which they have no right to hold those funds

Yes, they do. It's in Section 2 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

Did you read through the agreement when you signed up for your account?
