HELP! Brand byline hijacked - request for assistance
Hi!
Our Brand Name was hijacked from the byline of our product page, even though we have been building and selling this product for 7 years.
We are brand registered and own the patent and trademark for the product. Our customers search for our brand name when they buy our products.
Looking through other forums, it seems like some sellers have received good support in the past, our previous tickets via Seller Central and Brand Registry have done nothing but remove the page from Amazon which we had to reinstate. Can a mod please assist in reviewing to see what we may be doing wrong? Thank you!
