My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could get you some additional details. There are many reasons for an account level reserve and It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report.
It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
It sounds like you may have opened a case with Seller Support on this? If so, would you mind sharing the case # below and I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided to this point.
