Buy Shipping delivery dates for UPS Ground Seem Wildly Inaccurate
Is anyone else baffled by the delivery date estimates in Buy Shipping lately?
I'm showing 2 day delivery estimates (delivery November 2) for items shipped via UPS Ground to a Zone 5 address. I've cross-referenced this with the UPS website and they are showing 6 days (delivery November 6th).
That's a pretty large discrepancy.

In this example, are you seeing that a UPS Ground shipment shows in Buy Shipping as an estimated delivery in two days, while on the UPS website it shows as six days?

Intermittantly in the last 48 hours the UPS options when using Amazon Buy Shipping are inconsistant.
Specifically the carrier options are inaccurate due to an inaccurate delivery estimate.
Example would be, I use Amazon Buy Shipping for an order, My UPS options are ONLY 2 Day Air and Next Day Air. No option for ground.
This is due to the delivery date for ground being inaccurate and therfore not an option

I am seeing it again this morning, 11/1/23 857am CST. This order has a delivery date of 11/6 but the only UPS options are premium

I reached out to our partner team to ask about the issues raised in this thread, including varying/extended estimated delivery times for UPS services and offered shipping services with Sunday dates and estimated dates after the order's deliver-by date.
As we enter the peak shipping period, delivery estimates can be extended, leading to some previously available options being unavailable in Buy Shipping. That being said, our team will investigate your reports and questions to make sure things are working as expected.

We signed up for the trail offer of SFP but found that the required shipping template impacted the BB so we turned it off

@KJ_Amazon While I haven't seen any more wild delivery estimate discrepancies like I did that first day (2 day delivery estimate from Buy Shipping compared to 6 days on UPS's site), this morning I am showing the discontinued regional rate USPS boxes as mailing options, which should be addressed. I've highlighted them in my screenshot.

For me it's USPS dates, I'm actually viewing times for what paypal shows. I have been getting dates for priority mail on amazon that are 8 days long and 2 days long on paypal.
