I do not understand why my account has been deactivated. I am a new seller and do not even have an active listing on amazon. My account has been deactivated before now and I was told it was because my account had been inactive for a prolonged period of time.

I then carried out the reactivation process and had a video call with an agent to reactivate my account last month. It was successful and my account was reactivated.

Just for me to get another email 2 weeks later that my account has been deactivated again. I recently just got brand approval last week (find attached). What is this about? This is very frustrating. I have finished manufacturing my products and they are just sitting idle because of this. This is causing me time, money and a lot of energy trying to fix this

I also submitted documents for identity verification which has successfully been approved for a week now stating that I can now access my account but my account is still showing as DEACTIVATED

I also attached all the following supporting documents to my appeal and still gotten no feedback:

1. Recent brand name approval obtained from seller support

2. Proof of Identification (International Passport)

3. GTIN certification of the listing I had in progress

4. Bank Statement

5. Manufacturers receipt

my account is been deactivated without any resaon they didn't give me any

warning befeore deactivating my acc they are saying ur account has been

involed in farud even tho this is new account and there is zero sell on my

account and i don't do any fraud or illegal activity i just created this account and then they deactivated my account and whenever i sumbitted any documents they didint response the last time they responded they said your account has been involed in fraud and we will not response to you further i have all documents i can prove i didn't do anything anyone plz give me any solution its been month's

My account has been deactivated. I took an mail and my account suddenly deactivated. what's the mail saying: "You listed a product that is generic or different from what is shown in the details. This is against our policies. As a result, you can no longer sell on Amazon.ca and your listings have been removed."

There is no information in this mail and ı dont know which product do this. Our account healt was stabil and didint come any issue.

When I called Amazon account health experts, we were told to write an appeal after finding and deleting this product from the recently uploaded ones. But there were approximately 7000 products in my inventory. I deleted all of them and hired an expert team who knows the policies. I've deleted all of my inventory and we'll look at it one by one while I upload it. However, we are at a loss as it would take a long time to find and delete this product from our inventory.

Since this is a type of suspend that we have encountered for the first time, I would like to get help from you. Thanks
