fake patent infrigment complaint
I received patent infringement complaint against one of my listing, after review patent and all information we realized the person that complained is not related to this company and he made a fake email under this company's name. we contacted with original company and they said that this person is not agent or owner or staff. I submitted all of the documents like our conversation with original company and patent which has been registered under other person as an appeal. But amazon did not accept and asked me for court order or invoice which shows that I bought my product from this person and ...!!!! how is that possible? I have to negotiate with fake person!!!!
