We are following up on our announcement of March 17. We continue to focus our available capacity on the highest priority products that customers need at this time, while also adhering to social distancing guidance within our fulfillment centers to keep our employees safe and healthy.
While we will continue prioritizing the products we can receive beyond April 5, we are now able to broaden the list. Given our constrained capacity, we are doing this on an item-by-item basis. We have updated the Restock Inventory page and Restock report in Seller Central so you can check which products are eligible for shipment creation. We consider many factors when determining eligibility, including high-demand products customers need now; current inventory levels and inventory in transit; fulfillment center capacity; and our ability to adhere to the latest health guidelines.
We will regularly update the Restock Inventory page and the Restock report as capacity allows us to receive additional products.
You can find answers to frequently asked questions on this Help page. Please note that Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance.
All of us at Amazon are working hard to restore regular operations, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hmm odd, one of my moderately popular products became eligible, but not my most popular one which is very similar.
I hope it’s not because the stats show zero sales on the most popular product because it went out of stock a few days after the shipping lock down.
I took this that some products are now eligible before the 5th ahead of schedule, and all the time they are looking at what else is eligible, and come the 5th many more categories will be allowed to be shipped back in.
I still believe the 5th will come and we will be allowed to ship back in.
Have I missed something here?

even if they let you ship, who knows how long it will be in limbo. and, they may suddenly change their mind, rending your stock useless in an abyss. of course their own non essential brands will be exempt. this virus appears to be just what the doctor ordered for them
prioritized shipment creation - Can someone please clarify whether this means that after 5th of April (the initial date Amazon have stated), we still would not be able to create inbound shipments? Or is there still a chance that after 5th of April, we could be able to send some shipments?
Should we be thinking of using Seller fullfiled prime partners now? Maybe it’s a safer route to take.
Hope everyone reading this and their close ones are safe and healthy!

So if you click on the Restock Inventory Page and nothing comes up you are out of luck I am assuming?
Nice to see I’ve got some prioritized items customers need now:
I have 400+ ASIN in " Arts, Crafts & Sewing", and they only allow me ship only ONE ASIN. They are high demand now due to people are boring at home, they need something to kill their time.
They are allowing me one item out of hundreds I have in FBA, but the solitary item they are allowing me to restock does not need to be restocked and is far, far from one of my highest-velocity items. In fact, this item died with the onslaught of the pandemic because it is a Ski Colorado sign that is typically bought by people in ski towns.
This all leads me to believe that bots are making this decision and they are not very good at it.
