I just got this email after i listed a few new products i bought from a local wholesaler who sells sheets and bedding for over 30 years and i have invoices, BOL and the products i am new to amazon and dont want to have my account closed and i want to grow my amazon correctly please help

I want to close my account entirely. I have tried so many ways to try and do this, and it remains in deactivated status and I continue to get charged monthly "FBA removal" fees despite me not having any active listings whatsoever.

I tried downgrading my account to stop monthly charges, but this has not worked either. There is not even a way for me to contact Amazon Seller Central directly in attempts to seek help. The help section only leads me to "reactivate my account".

Somebody please help! I feel helpless in trying to shut this store down entirely.

i have apealed to amazon so many times that i don not have another account but it keeps sending me this mail please help me
