Customer Reviews Policy Violation

Hello,

I have received a customer review policy violation saying that I went again Amazon's policy regarding customer reviews. I have read the policy multiple times and have no idea what the policy violation is. The customer placed the order on 04/04 and hasn't even received the product yet. We have had no communication with this customer and we do not ask for reviews, do not use a third party firm, do not put anything in any of the boxes. Can someone please help (preferably @Amazon) to provide me the specific reason or the exact customer review policy I went against? I cannot address something if I have no idea what the violation is. Thank you in advance
