Custom Order Ship By Date
So Im now having an issue with Custom Orders. I recently added a custom listing and makin sure my processing days for the custom order is 3 days. With the first couple orders the ship was 3 days then all the other orders that have come in its giving me next day ship by dates. That's not possible. Am I missing something in the settings regarding the listing. Oh also when the customer selects Second Day Air I had a custom order that needed to be shipped out same day. How do fix this ? I now have 9 custom orders that Amazon gave next day ship by dates and they are all going to be late.

To help answer one of your questions,
Second Day does remove handling time.
Expedited does not remove handling time.
Basically, never offer Second Day with customized items. Instead offer Standard shipping and Expedited 1-2 Days. (or 1 -3 days if you prefer) We use 1-2 Days for our Expedited.

In other words, Two-Day Delivery includes your handling time and travel time as 2 days. See this image where it says included in Transit Time while the above examples show Excluding handling time.
