I am a new seller and I accidentally listed a copyright image on Amazon, due to Suspected Intellectual Property Violations has appeared in my Amazon account. For this I have contacted the team many times they said to provide supporting documentation, such as a letter of authorisation or licensing agreement but i don't have any "licensing agreement". they said no solution is available, so if anyone knows anything please let me know.

Today I received a Suspected Intellectual Property Violations for the word “Feather” I used in title

I contacted Seller central support and Account health team as well, both times wasted my 1 hr as always worst or don’t care seller’s attitude and act like they don’t know what’s going on as it’s the easy way to get rid of seller

Over the past four days, my team and I have encountered a series of "Suspected Intellectual Property Violations" notifications from Amazon's system. However, upon investigation, it has become evident that these claims are unfounded and erroneous.

The crux of the matter lies in the fact that Amazon's system seems to be flagging images that we own as our intellectual property. These images were meticulously captured by our own devices, rendering them unequivocally our own creations. There is absolutely no basis for the assumption that we have infringed upon the intellectual property of other brands.

Despite our best efforts to resolve this issue by engaging with seller support and providing raw images as evidence of ownership, our listings continue to be deactivated. This failure on the part of Amazon's teams to protect our rights is not only frustrating but also detrimental to our business operations.

What adds insult to injury is the discovery that the brand Amazon alleges we are infringing is using "Etrade Online," as a third party seller, favored by Amazon to sell products of other brands within its own ecosystem. This raises serious questions about the accuracy and fairness of Amazon's detection mechanisms.

I am reaching out to inquire if any fellow sellers have encountered similar issues recently. It is crucial that we stand together as a community to address this issue collectively and ensure that our rights as sellers are upheld.

I urge Amazon to conduct a thorough review of its systems and processes regarding intellectual property violations to prevent such unwarranted disruptions in the future.
