Read onlyI recived a Suspected Intellectual Property Violations on March 29th and the listing was then removed. But I strongly believe the listing was incorrectly removed. Because I am not using any ones trademark.
Also as per my knowledge and research, What triggered the system for sending me the violation is the term "Himalayan" which I used before my product name on the product detail page, But it doesn't misuse any one's trademark.
Because the term "Himalayan" is a general term used to refer to the (product I am selling) extracted from the Himalayan Mountains at Himalaya Region.
Also and all the other sellers are also using it in the same way before their product name.
I reached to chat support a lot of times and they say they forward the case to the internal team but there is still no response from the internal expert team yet.
