I am new to Seller Central and I’m trying to reach the Seller Support team regarding a refund for a subscription charge under the Professional Plan. I switched to the Individual Plan immediately after setting up my account, but I was still charged for the Professional Plan.
Unfortunately, I don’t see the Contact Us option in my Seller Central account. When I try to search for it, I receive a message stating: "You haven't registered for any of the supported marketplaces. Go to additional help for more resources."
How can I resolve this or how to get in touch with Seller Support?

From there you can select the "my issue is not listed" box and explain the problem in detail and our support team will be happy to assist.
