Seller Accounts Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

🚨 Attention Seller Central Users

To safeguard your account, starting March 28, 2024, we added two-factor authentication (2FA) requirement for all logins. This measure adds an extra layer of security, making it harder for unauthorized users to access your account.

Why This Matters

🔒 Enhanced Security: Adds protection beyond your password.

🚫 Block Unauthorized Access: Secures sensitive business info.

📈 Protect Your Business: Keeps your Seller Central account safe.

What You Need to Do

  • Mobile Number: Add your number to receive OTPs via SMS.
  • Authenticator App: Download your preferred authenticator app

2. Complete Setup

  • If you haven’t set this up, you’ll be prompted at sign-in. Just follow the on-screen instructions.

....and now to safeguard your account, Amazon is going to make you verify you are you multiple times a day on a PC that you just authorized. I get securing an account. I do not get the level that you are making us put in the OTP junk over and over again! That's just annoying.
