Is it possible to pause Amzone store to fix listings without paiyng membership fees?

Hello Team!

Wishing everyone Happy and Healthy New Year!

My store was established in 2005, and by the end of 2006, we had uploaded all our listings using templates. While our products haven’t changed since then, Amazon’s requirements have evolved.

We have a flawless safety record and excellent account health, but recently Amazon delisted many of our most profitable products. This is due to updated requirements like product testing protocols or the removal of HTML tags in descriptions that were acceptable when we first listed them.

We’ve been trying to update our listings to meet Amazon’s standards, but every time we attempt to save changes, new issues arise, leaving us stuck. Now, we’re torn between giving up or temporarily closing the store to fix the listings.

Is it possible to pause an Amazon store to work on the listings without incurring membership fees?

Thank you for your time in advance.

You could downgrade to Individual to avoid fees; but then you run the risk if you change back to Pro of having to be re-verified, and might end up losing a month or two before getting things straightened out.

Just eat the $30. Not worth the hassle in case Amazon gets weird going back to PRO
