Read onlyWe have our brand and trademark registered on Amazon for a product that we manufacture and sell on Amazon. In the last couple of weeks, we've seen a number of sellers listing our brand ASINs in the Japanese marketplace. We have not authorized these sellers through Brand Registry, nor do we have reseller or supply agreements with these sellers. We reached out to Brand Registry Support, and they keep telling us to report a violation, however reporting a violation requires a test buy. These sellers do not ship to the United States (where we are located), so it's impossible for us to execute a test buy (which I'm sure is by design).
Has anyone seen this scenario and been able to get Amazon to enforce any action against the sellers? We're in an endless support loop.

Hi there @Seller_ck436K0EQ7Djk
Wanted to jump in here for some context!
Test buys are standard process throughout the world for rights owners to perform checks to see if their IP is being illegally used. If sellers would like to enforce their IP rights in other countries, sellers will need test buys to perform offer level actions. That would mean using agents or buying mailing addresses in other countries.
On another note, if you would like to report an IP violation in another country, you will need a trademark within that country.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
