Brand Registry Application Repeatedly Rejected Due to Image Issues - Need Help
Hello fellow sellers,
My Brand Registry application was rejected with this reason:
"The documents provided are not acceptable for Brand Registry. The images should not be computer generated and must be of the physical product you intend to sell on Amazon."
"the product images you provided do not display the brand name permanently affixed to the product or its packaging. "
However, I want to clarify:
My brand name is permanently printed on the actual product (not a digital addition)
All submitted photos were taken by myself of the physical products - no computer editing was used
My Brand Registry application has been rejected multiple times due to photo issues. I've used GIF format and high-definition images with multiple angle shots. I'm completely exhausted by this. Case ID: 11020063772.
I need guidance on how to properly demonstrate this to Amazon's verification team. Has anyone successfully resolved a similar issue?

They want "professional" branding. nothing that can be done on a home computer. You said it is "printed on" that can mean a lot, depending on what type of product this is. post the pictures you submitted.

Hello @Seller_fsVO3FztZxNWI
We have a Ask Amazon event on this very topic happening now.
I have posted about your case on that thread so the brand team can provide guidance.
Best,
