anyone can advise how to resolve the amazon account desactivation due to need to submit explanation as to how your account has not violated section 3 and evidence that shows that your account complies with section 3 , imagine I sell in amazon japan and keept amazon us open without selling anything then amazon desactivate it then amazon japan also desactivated when I try to appeal amazon japan they said need to reinstate amazon us , when I try to reinstate amazon us they said how I didn't violated section 3 , I never saw in all my life someone don't give you question and want a reply , section 3 is about all the terms of amazon I didn't sold anything so how you dear amazon asking for clarification !!!! which clarification ? if you think I violated something of your terms so please tell me exactly where is the issue !! for me to can resolve , but as of now my reply is " dear amazon I didn't violated section 3 and the evidence is please go to my account health page and you will see my performance is healthy " so please reinstate my account please
