Request for Moderator Escalation: Coordinated Competitor Abuse & Review Manipulation (ASIN: B0H16LVPLS)

Dear Forum Moderators,

I am requesting a manual review integrity investigation regarding a clear pattern of competitor sabotage on Parent ASIN: B0H16M1N16 (Child ASIN: B0H16LVPLS). Our standard "Report a Violation" cases are being closed automatically without evaluating our cross-linked evidence brief.

This is a documented violation of Amazon’s anti-manipulation and competitor conflict-of-interest policies, not a simple dispute over a buyer's negative opinion.

1. Competitor Conflict (Review ID: R1ZLD1HLYK633A)

* The Review: Posted July 8, 2026, titled "Save your money".

* The Conflict: Our internal system logs show a specific user email activated our product exactly one day prior (July 7). Official USPTO trademark records for a direct market competitor in our exact niche (QR storage labels/inventory software) identify the corporate owner and explicitly list that exact same email address.

* The Request: We need an internal Amazon investigator to cross-reference the reviewer's private account token, device ID, or payment method against this specific competitor's business operators to confirm this policy-violating linkage.

2. Factual Defamation / Investigative Lead (Review ID: R56D9799XBWN6)

* The Review: Posted July 24, 2026, claiming "ABSOLUTE SCAM" regarding a forced subscription.

* The Conflict: Historical listing captures from July 5–6 prove our product explicitly provided a robust free portal before this review was written. Public records link this reviewer to professional background overlaps shared by a second direct competitor brand in our space.

3. Unexplained "Ghost" Rating Audit Request

Our Seller Central Customer Reviews dashboard tracks 22 written reviews, yet the public page reflects 27 global ratings. This 5-rating discrepancy timed exactly with our competitor attack has driven our score down to a 3.7, heavily tanking our conversion rates and ad spend efficiency.

Prior Cases Closed via Automation:

* Case 21092083421 (July 12, 2026)

* Cases 21342728391, 21342716901, and 21342736631 (July 27, 2026)

* Amazon Ads Case 21651564541 (Aug 17, 2026)

Can a forum moderator please review the details of this coordinated attack and escalate our evidence packet to a senior investigator on the Review Integrity / Fraud team?

Thank you.

Thank you to any community managers monitoring this section. I have our complete, cross-referenced internal log files and official USPTO public record certificates compiled into a comprehensive evidence brief. Could a moderator please help us escalate this tracking profile to the internal review integrity team so we can provide the full document securely? @Cooper_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon @Wyatt_Amazon

Adding one important update for any Amazon moderator reviewing this:

Our newest Negative Review Abuse complaint, **Complaint ID 21727638991**, regarding ASIN **B0H16LVPLS**, was closed with the response that there was “no confirmed violation.” The concern is that the response appears to have evaluated the review itself rather than the **documented competitor relationship and cross-account evidence** we reported.

We are not asking Amazon to remove legitimate criticism simply because it is negative. We are asking for an **internal Review Integrity investigation into whether the reviewer accounts are connected to operators of competing products**.

For Review ID **R1ZLD1HLYK633A**, we can provide Amazon privately with:

• Amazon order/activation chronology

• Timestamped internal activation records

• The matching email identifier

• Official USPTO records connecting that identifier to a direct competitor

• Evidence of the same reviewer negatively reviewing additional competing products in this niche

• Historical listing evidence showing the product functionality at the time of the reviews

Regarding the difference between **22 written reviews and 27 global ratings**, we understand that customers may leave ratings without written reviews. We are **not claiming that discrepancy alone proves abuse**. We are requesting that Amazon audit those rating-only submissions for any relationship to the same suspected competitor accounts, devices, payment instruments, business entities, or other internal linkage signals available to Amazon.

We have preserved the complete evidence packet and would prefer to provide personally identifying/internal account evidence through a **private Amazon channel rather than posting it publicly in the forum**.

Could one of the moderators please escalate this specifically as a **competitor review-manipulation / Review Integrity investigation**, rather than another review-content appeal?

First, stop tagging moderators. That process no longer works the way sellers often assume. They do not get those notifications, and they do not have access to some separate Review Integrity tool that lets them manually investigate or overturn these decisions.

On the substance, the additional information does make your suspicion more credible. You are describing a matching email identifier, USPTO records connecting that identifier to a direct competitor, timing/activation records, the same reviewer allegedly reviewing other competing products, historical listing evidence, and a broader pattern of rating-only activity.

That is absolutely enough to justify asking Amazon to investigate.

But I would still be careful calling it "proof." From your perspective, the pieces may fit together very convincingly. From Amazon's perspective, it is still circumstantial until they connect the internal data they control, such as account ownership, devices, payment methods, IP history, household relationships, order history, login patterns, and other signals.

So I would frame it as: "We have documented evidence that gives us substantial reason to suspect coordinated competitor review manipulation and are asking Amazon to investigate the account relationships using the internal data only Amazon possesses."

Since Amazon already closed Complaint ID 21727638991 with "no confirmed violation," that means the system did not find enough to substantiate the claim based on what was reviewed. You can disagree with that outcome, but there is no moderator or Seller Support agent who can manually override it.

Use the Negative Review Abuse / Report Abuse system, preserve the complete evidence package, and keep the submission concise and evidence-based. That is the proper path.

We've had review attacks over the last 7 years of activity and we were never able to prevent them despite clear negative patterns that did not make sense given the long term reviews trend on our listings.

On the other hand we just received a review policy violation for unknown reasons/products. We disputed the warning and of course our dispute was rejected although Amazon is showing no evidence or clue about what they are talking about.

Such is the unfair Amazon Seller business.

Hi there @Seller_zlfZXfuTpqQMD,

Your evidence is well-documented and thorough, and the proper channel for this type of investigation is the Report Abuse / Negative Review Abuse tool. Our CM team here on the Forums doesn't have access to these specific investigation tools, but we recommend keeping your submissions concise and focused on one review per report, linking the specific evidence (USPTO records, email match, activation logs) rather than submitting a comprehensive packet all at once. For the five cases that were auto-closed, log into Brand Registry, go to Brand Registry Support, and select "Escalate previously submitted issue" rather than resubmitting duplicates. If you're still not getting traction, request a callback through Seller Support and ask to be routed to the team that handles review abuse investigations.

Hope this helps!
