Read onlyI am a FBA seller, and I had received two customer's messages and one said that he did not recieve the package when the FBA logistic shows that the package was being dispatched, but there was no contact with him and then it was returned directly to the FBA warehouse for an automatic refund.
The second one customer said that he buy 1 item 2 color for 3 pcs. but he only receive 1 color 1 pc, and the 2 pcs of another color did not receive, and my inventory shows it's in stock. Then, the customer told me that Amazon gave him an automatic refund for 2 pcs in that color. However, when he told me that, I see his order is still pending, oh, he placed the order on February 14, but today is February 21. It's really funny, isn't it?
So, WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? AMAZON!!One of my customers didn't receive the package because of your FBA operation. Then it was returned directly to the warehouse automatically and then refunded automatically. One of my customers, when the product in stock, it does not ship, then automatically refunded, and he received a package, my order page still shows PENDING status, what's wrong with you guys? AMAZON!
Can I get an official explanation from Amazon?!
