USPS says shipment delivered but buyer says no delivery
My buyer said package not delivered. I thought there was some issue with USPS stating delivery when it hadn't actually been delivered. Amazon even came out with some type of statement about that but I haven't been able to find that since. Anyone know where I can find this? I told this to the buyer since they now want a refund to wait for that 10 days, and they said no. They said send them that announcement.

If you used Amazon buy-shipping then you should refer the buyer to their Amazon account; they need to open a claim. If Amazon honors their promise (and provided you jumped through all the hoops), they will pay the claim, and it does not count against you. They do have to wait past the delivery deadline (I think 48 hours) before they can file a claim.
If you did not use Amazon buy-shipping, then you need to refund.right away.
There is no ten day waiting period.
