We have an issue with missing units in shipments from AWD to FBA, but we are not receiving any response.
We created cases on February 21st, but there has been no reaction from support at all. Here are the case IDs: 17259823741, 17260965311, 17261376731
Please help us investigate this issue and get a response from support.

FBA18H3C1390/17261376731:
Units where successfully received and added to inventory. 55 units of item ending M1O5 sent with shipment FBA18H3C1390 were received as part of shipment EXIQCOSSTR0005 on 01/28/2025 and have been added to your inventory. For the remaining 1 unit our team has processed reimbursement under id 17574845511.
For case 17260965311 our team has requested more information. We suggest checking that case log and replying with that info at your earliest convenience.

AWD has been a nightmare. I have been trying to remove inventory for a long time. Countless calls and messages to support. They keep saying its resolved but my inventory is still showing it is stuck in AWD. Manufacturer wants the inventory back ASAP. Seller Central is not allowing me to create a removal order either which us strange.
I really need these items removed already, or Amazon is going to need to refund me as this holding up revenue.
The ASIN is B084JFLM1S and has 88 units stuck in AWD.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
