I have found some threads relating to OTDR but can't seem to find a definitive answer to this question - If I buy all my labels via Amazon buy shipping does that offer any protection from OTDR?

I currently buy all my labels from Evri directly and ship everything next day. However, my OTDR tends to hover around 93% and Amazon then extend my delivery promise which has a huge impact on sales. For example, my offers are currently showing a delivery promise of Wednesday when in fact it should be tomorrow.

I don't see how I have any control at all for the performance of Evri, I hand all the orders over to them on time and that's all I can do. So I am wondering if change to Amazon buy shipping will it resolve this issue for me?

Why would it cause your OTDR to drop.

If you are sending tracked 48 they normally arrive in 2-3 days which is within most delivery promises that sellers set.

Ideally, sending the parcel Royal Mail Tracked means that you will have the delivery label and the tracking number at hand to prove delivery. But it means that your On Time Delivery Metric will drop below 97% quite quickly and you will be punished for it.

Hi, I've noticed amazon have changed our OTDR because they saying our items are not been delivered on time. I downloaded the list of items they said was late and the majority of them were delivered on time. Anyone else have the same issue or is it just Amazons poor system. This as started causing us to loss sales for no apparent reason. Amazon yet again letting the seller down
