Coupon Code Keeps Failing, Help

Hi, whenever I generate a coupon code for one of my products, it fails. I requested help from Amazon service, however no much was offered. The error keeps stating that the product is offensive, even though its not. I have tried everything but nothing works. Please help. The product is a water flosser.

Sometimes, Amazon believes products are things that they really are not.

The most recent occurrence of this is having Amazon believe your are selling seeds when you really are not.

The most common occurrence of this is having Amazon believe you are selling pesticides when you really are not.

There is no other way to resolve this. You must open a case with seller support and request reinstatement of your item for coupons because your item is not offensive. You can let them know its a water flosser and see what they say.

If you have a problem with their response, you can post about it here along with posting the case ID you are using. Usually, Amazon will reinstate this item for coupons/ads and you will have to wait 24-48 hours after you receive a message from Seller Support to do things such as ads or coupons.
