Amazon Payment Issue – Payment Not Received in Bank and No Proof Provided

I am facing a serious issue with an Amazon payment. According to Amazon, the payment has been successfully made, but it has not been credited to my bank account. Despite raising multiple cases with Amazon Seller Support, I have not received any proper resolution.

Amazon claims the payment was processed from their side, but they are not providing any payment proof, such as a screenshot, UPI reference, UTR number, or NEFT transaction ID—which are essential for me to coordinate and validate with my bank.

Without any official transaction reference, my bank is unable to trace or verify the payment.

This lack of transparency and support from Amazon is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
