- Refund rate (B2B) and Units refunded (B2B): Track how often Amazon Business customers submit returns and receive refunds.
- Negative feedback received (B2B), Feedback received (B2B), and Received negative feedback rate (B2B): Monitor business customer satisfaction so you can make updates to B2B product descriptions or your bulk fulfillment process.

You mean the high number of returns and wrong item claims by business customers in Florida? Or do you mean the business customers somehow figured out how to set hours and days for delivery where Amazon is forcing expedited shipping or item is delivery risk and these same business customers will claim they did not get all of which majority of all issues are coming out of Florida from business customers or commercial addresses that have dozens of accounts ar each location. Very simple allow sellers to cancel and block bad customers! We assume Amazon knows all bad customers already as it appears you charge us sellers higher shipping to these customers putting more costs on us instead of fixing what you created/

Again today more business customers commercial address where shipping costs higher than item late delivery no USPS option and only next day service this is getting ridiculous! We are not going to take much of this abuse!

Hey how do we block business customers and commercial addressed that have hours making it impossible to deliver items is there a ways we can click on no business customers as they are high risk of abusing amazon loopholes in policy and returns?
