Read onlyI really can't understand the logic behind the On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR). I have a one-day handling time, but I almost always ship orders on the same day. I've already set up SSA, yet I still experience late deliveries that bring my OTDR below 90%.
What confuses me even more is that my Late Shipment Rate is 0%, my Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Rate is 0%, and my Valid Tracking Rate is 97.96% (the slight dip is due to duplicate tracking numbers in FedEx). Despite all this, my On-Time Delivery Rate is only 77.78%.
I strongly believe this issue is not caused by us as sellers, and third-party sellers shouldn't be held accountable for delays beyond our control. Now, my Buy Box is being intermittently removed, and I find it extremely frustrating to understand the logic behind this review system.

did you rate go back up? Did you get suspended?
