Fraud rings are active on Amazon !

I am currently under malicious attack from an organized fraud ring targeting my seller account. They have made hundreds of purchases, returns, and complaints using the same buyer accounts to target my product . This has caused me significant financial loss, and Amazon has also suffered losses from these fraudulent purchases and returns. So far, Amazon Customer Service has only asked me to fill out a form; they didn’t provide any substantive assistance and then closed the case.Amazon notified me that my product is about to be suspended (for the second time) due to buyer complaints that the wrong product was shipped. Upon reviewing the customer return orders, I found they were all caused by the same buyers repeatedly purchasing and returning the item over an entire month. I am requesting that Amazon: (1) immediately lift the suspension/penalty against my ASIN as it is a victim of a coordinated fraud ring attack; (2) remove the negative impact of this fraud ring on my seller account; (3) immediately suspend these buyer accounts and recover losses to the greatest extent possible; and (4) conduct a thorough investigation into this fraudulent organization, which exploits Amazon policy loopholes daily and causes significant financial and reputational damage to sellers and Amazon alike. I know Amazon must be able to detect the linked buyer accounts or the seller accounts behind this group of fraudsters. They must have used other buyer accounts to make repeat purchases of my products or those of other sellers. Please notify me once Amazon has investigated and taken action.

Sorry, Amazon is not going to do any of those things. Have you been reporting the orders as they come in or the returns?

You may be able to contact the FTC about any organized activities if more than one or two orders are involved and ALSO the Government has a site IC3 (Amazon will remove the link if I put it here but it’s part of the FBI for an easy search) where you can report the use of the internet for theft and fraud. It is generally used to report on websites but it can be used to report buyers as well as other sellers if you happen to encounter one of the Amazon scam crowd.

In all cases it at least puts the con artists into a data base for future reference by the authorities.

There's an OLD saying -- If you aren't part of the solution you are part of the problem.

PLEASE REPORT, REPORT, REPORT, REPORT.

Since your case was closed without resolution, I'd recommend opening a new case through Seller Support and specifically referencing the "Product Condition Complaint - Wrong Product" violation on your Account Health Dashboard. When you submit your appeal, select the option that states you have evidence to confirm your compliance with the policy, and include documentation showing the pattern of the same buyers repeatedly purchasing and returning.

In the meantime, check your Voice of the Customer dashboard (Seller Central > Performance > Voice of the Customer) to review the specific complaints tied to your ASIN – this can help you build your case that these are not legitimate complaints. You can also use the "Report abuse" tool in Seller Central to flag the suspicious buyer activity directly: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200444420
