I've been encountering a challenging issue with my product listing over the past month. Initially, my listing included common, natural words in the title, which I later discovered were trademarked by a competitor. After recognizing this, I revised the title to comply with Amazon's guidelines and removed all trademarked terms.

Despite these corrections and multiple communications with Amazon support, through live chat and phone, my listing updates are not being recognized. Each interaction ends with the support instructing me to modify the listing and resubmit an inquiry, but there have been no positive changes even after multiple submissions. Here's what I've done so far:

• Updated the listing title to remove all trademarked words
• Contacted Amazon support multiple times for guidance
• Followed all suggestions provided by the support team and resubmitted the listing for review

Has anyone here faced a similar situation? How did you manage to resolve issues with trademarked words in your listings? Any advice or strategies that could help get my listing correctly updated would be greatly appreciated!

I sell items in the sexual wellness category. Amazon prohibits use of "sexually explicit language" but I'm having a hard time describing some items without using certain terminology that some may consider sexually explicit.

In this category, the line between "clinical" and "sexually explicit" is fuzzy and subjective. The very name and/or best description of some items and their features could easily be considered "sexually explicit," and yet, the terms are precisely what shoppers will be searching for.

Literally any page of sexual wellness items is an absolute mine field of sexually explicit terms. But I'm not sure if this is because sellers are just blatantly ignoring policy, or if it's because there is wiggle room in this category so long as the words are necessary or highly relevant.

Is there a published list of specific words and phrases that are restricted? Some specific guidance on language for this category? Or some other way to navigate this problem with clarity so that I'm not having to leave product descriptions vague, and only use generic keywords?

Any insight or guidance would be much appreciated.

How am I going to list books? I tried everything but the books are all restricted. I don't know what to do, I cannot make a list please someone help. I have 71 active books but cannot add more and I really need to add products. My account health is healthy. The books were ready to sell when I bought them but suddenly got restricted.
