Hello,
I went to the Seller Summit in LA in July.. I went and spent money on airfare, tickets and hotel for 2 people....for the sole purpose of getting a question answered and taken care of. I stood in line with support and spoke over computer to a live person. I spoke to not 1 but 3 speakers. Shelly Reese I spoke with at length about the issue. She did not think my situation was right, took a picture of my badge and said she would look into it. I am still having the same stupid issue....for 3 months. I thought about coming to this summit but I feel it would be a waste of money. No one really listen or cares. At least not in my case. I have 1 person at Amazon that's been trying to do the right thing and it still isn't working. I don't believe managers, team leaders , vp or whatever it is they are called , either know or care what is really going on. There are too many TEAMS...... there are teams of teams of teams. That are over other teams of teams of teams. Spread out amongst the world of teams of teams of teams. And ya'll can't seem to get it together. I'm a small seller and I live every day in fear that if I speak out my account will be deactivated. Some team member of some team that has the ability to press a button and deactivate, will do so and I will have to go through 27 different team members for 120 different teams to NEVER resolve the issue and my life savings will be tied up in the big giant Monster of Amazon. Going to these summits I thought would be helpful to speak to actual humans but NO......no one is allowed to do anything outside there bubble and they just push it to the next person and so on......BUT if I pay someone at amazon to help then maybe I'd get help. That's what I've been told and read. This is just nuts. And there's expansion coming ....YIPPIE . Can we work on the problems we already have first.
Frustrated small seller.

AMAZON IS A FRAUD. I’m tired of dealing with BOTS and people who can barely speak English. I’ve used the ship and mail services 3 times and each time Amazon deducted the fee immediately from my account and as of today they’re trying to say I owe them $36.and change. The people in internal and catalog department are incompetent and I’m tired of being nickel and dime and robbed at the same time by Amazon. Many of the customers are dishonest and Amazon allows this day in and day out. No matter what, Amazon is a delivery company and uses sellers as bait. Amazon wins all the time.
