Is Amazon padding the speed metrics due to the weather issues? Reason is all of our items are showing 2 day and hence our speed metrics are showing 0 next day. Is that correct? Is there anything we can do about it?
Hello @Seller_kmWElStuE9xGu
Your Seller Fulfilled Prime performance dashboard is displaying the below message about promise extensions applied to Seller Fulfilled Prime orders in affected areas. Does this answer your questions?
We are closely monitoring the winter storms and wildfires that are impacting our nation and are applying promise extensions to protect the customer experience. Sellers will not be held accountable for the affected areas. For information on our policy, please visit: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/external/G202072550
No, they are not.
Amazon's API's with Fedex are not accurate. Our SFP was suspended due to OTD. When we dove into the few packages without automatic weather related promise extensions, we found that Fedex had not correctly coded certain shipments.
Since all Fedex Air packages route via Memphis, there were some that were marked as " Delivery updated Your package may be late- local delivery restrictions". These codes were on the same date as the Blizzard/Ice Storm in the southeast that impacted Memphis and surrounding areas.
I wish Amazon's SFP team would take this into consideration. There is virtually no supply data. Amazon's reps are failing on their own Leadership Principles.
