Risk of cancelation for orders that are not supposed to ship for 3 more weeks
Hi,
I hope an Amazon moderator can look into this for me. I have a couple orders that are supposed to ship by November 2nd. However, Amazon has advised me that they will be canceled if not shipped by October 18th. That is 2 weeks before they are supposed to ship.
I have created a case and I keep getting the same response. That I need to ship by October 18th to avoid cancelation. I had seller support call me because the claim team was not able to understand my issue for some reason. They advised I should continue replying to the case.
Here is a screen shot of one of the orders affected.
Any help would be amazing.
Thank you!

There have been two or more posts about this. I would suggest that you open a case about it.

You may need to quote the new cancellation policy. Important update regarding Auto Cancellation timeline
To protect and improve the customer experience, starting September 30, 2020, Amazon will automatically cancel any order which is not shipped and confirmed within 7 business days after the “ship by” date detailed in the “Sold, ship now” notification email.

I am surprised that Amazon allows a 30 day handling time.
