I sell hats, and last week I had over 100 listings mysteriously set to inactive for policy violations. The listings never appeared on my Account Health and there was no explanation on what was violated. These were Trump / MAGA related hats, but nothing on the Account Health. Now today, finally some of the listings are being listed on the Account Health and the violation is on the 'Trump' trademark.
So if you sell anything that has the wordmark "Trump" it will eventually violate.
Interestingly enough, a lot of my parody hats that do not have the wordmark "Trump", or "MAGA" or "Make America Great Again" where flagged for violating trademark "Trump". Like Make America Read Again or Make America Country Again. I appealed and have already had the parody listings reinstated. I deleted any that had Trump in the title or on the product.

Someone recently trademarked 'MAGA'. It wasn't an owned trademark by Trump (this is based on the info on the USPTO website)
Sometimes people trademark a word to take down all over sellers and have the market to themselves. (I am NOT saying this is happening here, but it is a possibility).
I have seen it happen.
