How to delete 1 star review when customer reviews about amazon service?
I have a product that was returned by a customer because it was not compatible with the customer's device. The problem is that the customer did not receive a refund and the customer gave a 1 star review. I contacted the customer but no response, contacted amazon support but they said the review was not in violation so it could not be removed. What should I do?

this is amazon's problem but they won't care. i know it's absurd but even if it's amazon's fault you're still the one who suffers the consequences. you won't be able to delete that review
