I have been approved for brand registration with the USPTO and it has been over 48 business hours since I have registered and got an approval email 2 days ago, yet Amazon cannot find my registration in the database. According to the Amazon brand registry, their own database should only take 48 business hours to update - but I am still getting the error. Please help
First of all, we are just coming off a three day weekend here in the US so almost NOTHING was happening on Amazon.
Then, did you (or your attorney) send the Registration number from the USPTO directly to Amazon?
Then, about that 48 hour part---------------
EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.
Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.
They are well known for making a snail look fast.
Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.

Hi there @Seller_NdWERbmSBgehJ
I just took a look and can see that your application was rejected. You are able to appeal this decision in the 'Brand Applications' page within the Brand Registry portal and I highly recommend to review all the information and that it matches the business information exactly when submitting.
Feel free to ask any other questions you may have around this!
