A carrier technical issue resulted in a small subset of sellers being erroneously charged for adjustments on labels purchased through Buy Shipping. These charges were applied as "Other" transaction account debits on August 22 and September 10, 2025. We are fully refunding sellers impacted by this issue, including extra postage and any associated taxes. These sellers are being notified via email.

We understand that some of you may have additional questions about “Other” transactions appearing on your Payments Reports. If we identify additional issues, you will be notified via email and refunded as appropriate. We value your partnership and understand that errors like this can be frustrating.
