I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding my Amazon Seller account with the ID A36L5P8DIK96AF. I am currently experiencing issues with accessing my original account and being redirected to an incorrect account (ID: A2UKO0LLPVUL2C).
Issue Summary:
Incorrect Account Access: When I attempt to log into my Amazon Seller account (ID: A36L5XXXX96AF) on my PC, I am redirected to another account (ID: A2UKO0XXXXL2C), which is not the correct account. This incorrect account is asking me to pay again. Please find the updated screenshots attached.
Document Submission: Due to this incorrect account access, I am unable to submit the required documents for identity verification. This is a critical issue as it prevents me from complying with Amazon’s verification requirements.
Request:
Verify and Correct Account Access: Please verify my identity and ensure that I can access my original Amazon Seller account (ID: A36L5P8DIK96AF).
Clarify Account Details: Confirm that the email and phone number associated with my original account are correct and not linked to another account.
Provide Guidance: Offer any additional steps I should take to resolve this issue and regain access to my original account.

Thank you for posting your inquiry into Forums. Sorry for the frustration this has caused. This sounds like the computer or possible IP address is may be linked with second. Have you opened a second account? Or are there other people in the house hold with Amazon accounts?
