As a buyer, where/how to file an AZ claim?
How do you file an AZ claim on a recent purchase? Is it better for the buyer to contact Customer Service by phone or chat to open a claim, or would it be better if they had opened it themselves on Amazon.com? If so, where can you find the link on amazon.com to file a claim? I was in my buying account and could find no links to do so. It’s really hard to file an AZ claim. It requires me to go through multiple steps and answer multiple questions, after which I still did not see the AZ claim form.
I am asking because I would like my buyer who complained about INR to file one, as I had used Buy Shipping to print her label in December. I am hoping Amazon would fund it in accordance with their policy.

File an A-to-z Guarantee Claim
You can file an A-to-z Guarantee claim in the Orders section of Your Account if you purchased physical goods or eligible services from a third-party seller on the Amazon.com website.
To file an A-to-z Guarantee Claim on an eligible order:
Go to Your Orders.
Locate your order in the list and click File/View Claim.
Select a reason code to describe your issue.
Select Request refund through A-to-z Guarantee.
Enter the required information and select Submit
For more information on the A-to-z Guarantee, go to About A-to-z Guarantee.
Note: A-to-z Guarantee claims typically take 1-2 weeks to process.

Never, ever suggest to a buyer, they should file an A-to-z claim against you, to back up an INR.
An A-to-z claim SHOULD be hard to find, since the buyer is required to contact the seller first and the seller, should FIRST work with the buyer. When it is time, an A-to-z claim will become more readily apparent, on the buyer’s side.
You need to do the appropriate legwork first, by contacting the buyer’s LOCAL post office to see if the parcel may still be in their possession or if it was misdelivered, etc…
Let them contact Amazon directly and I am 99% certain, a rep will be glad to open an A-to-z claim, for them.
NEVER encourage a buyer to file an A-to-z claim, since you are teaching them a behaviour, most sellers abhor.

I did google the steps and found exactly what you have just posted about locating the order in the list and click file/view claim. There is NO such thing in my buying account. Next to a December order I placed with a 3rd party seller, I only saw “track package,” “return/replace items,” “get help with order,” “leave seller feedback,” etc. I tried clicking on the “get help” button and it does not take me directly to any AZ claim form. But if you keep clicking after selecting the “get help” button, it does have a “Request refund through AZ Guarantee” button. Maybe that’s it? I didn’t dare to click in case it went through - my seller was great - better than Amazon.com/FBA who delivered my Amazon orders LATE and I had to refuse delivery on the 26th of December. So I am not about to file an AZ claim on my great 3rd party seller.
