AWD partnered carriers only quoting FTL? (No LTL?)

I have 2 pallets I need to send into AWD from my local warehouse but the Amazon partnered carrier quote is quoting a FTL for just 2 pallets. Is LTL not actually an option for AWD partnered carriers? Has anyone shipped LTL to AWD? Maybe there's not enough demand in my local to fill a truck?

I can ship FTL with Amazon freight for half the Amazon partnered carriers FTL price. Very wasteful but I may end up going this route anyway.

Can you share any more details like shipment ID or a case if you created one? I'll reach out to our AWD partners to see what I can find, but LTL is accepted at AWD.
