another representative of the brand
Hi,
has anyone faced this issue?
We are the brand owners and have brand registry however we are unable to update the any of the information, despite having full rights to update the product detail page.
Amazon tell us that the ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand and they recommend us to reach out to the winning brand owner for consideration.
We are the only seller of this product. Did anyone else manage to successfully resolve this issue? Amazon is not willing to help me at all.
