I've been selling on Amazon since February, trying multiple different strategies in an attempt to boost sales. One of those strategies was to update my product images to see what combination worked best for getting clicks and sales. Unfortunately, now that I know which set of images actually produces some sales I've been trying to get my product listing images updated back for almost two months now. I've gone though every step-by-step guide in Seller University and every guide that has been sent to me by Seller Support. Every time I update the images the system says "Your changes should be reflected within 24 hours" (really 72 hours according to the Seller Support personnel I've talked to). I'll wait the designated amount of time and the images NEVER update. Has anyone else had this issue?
I've checked and made sure all of my images meet Amazon product listing guidelines, cleared my cache and tried multiple different browsers and I even had Seller Support confirm that the images should work. Knowing all this they can't seem to figure out why my listing won't update and keep giving me the same copy and paste answers (if they don't hang up on me first). If anyone has any advice on how to get my updated images to be accepted I would really appreciate it.

I am having this exact issue over and over again. I keep trying to include product cards that show how to customize, size charts, etc. and they keep getting dropped. What am I missing? My products won't convert without detailed information on how to customize, measure etc.
