Read onlyI don't want to continue running Amazon due to my personal health, and I desperately want to close my Amazon account; I have some questions about the close dates . I opened a case in the help center, but a week passed and no one from the seller support team got back to me.

Here's the link outlining the process:
Note that only accounts in good standing may be closed. If your account is deactivated due to a policy violation, you'll need to resolve that first.
To close an account, it must be in good standing; no outstanding violations or complaints.
You must have removed all inventory from FBA.
You must wait at least 90 days after your last order was delivered.
Meanwhile, downgrade your account to individual, and remove any FBA inventory if applicable. Close and delete all of your listings.
At that point, whether your account is fully "Closed" or not is mostly moot; as you won't be paying anything or doing any business.
