My access to my Amazon seller account is restricted because the payment method I selected is not updated. I have tried several times to fix it without success. I contacted my bank, and there is no problem at their level.

Connor from Amazon here, I've reviewed your account and it looks like the charge method we have on file for you is not valid, to fix this, you will need to go to this page:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/global-dashboard/payment-information
form there, click on Charge Methods and add a valid card, accepted credit cards and their requirements are listed here:
