A-to-Z Refund Despite Proof of Delivery
Customer says not received → Royal Mail confirms delivery → photographic evidence shows customer receiving the parcel. The photograph shows the customer taking the parcel, getting an A-to-Z refund on top of that feels incredibly unfair. Anyone had this overturned?

Hey @Seller_aFmkWni6UxWhB, thanks for bringing this to the forums.
If you haven't already, we'd recommend submitting an appeal directly from the A-to-Z Claims page in Seller Central, including all delivery evidence (tracking confirmation, carrier proof of delivery, and any photographic evidence). The claims team will review the documentation as part of the appeal process.
If you've already appealed and the decision was upheld, please share the Order ID here and we can take a closer look on our end.
For future reference, using Amazon Buy Shipping for your labels can provide additional protections on delivery-related claims: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G200202220
