I am trying to open a case through the Get Support hyperlink above the case log where it always has been but it redirects me to the help articles section.
When I scroll down to open a case selecting need more support, it takes me right back to the same page I was already on. Where am I supposed to go now to open a case??
"My issue is not listed" and then it gives you a text box to describe the issue.

Thank you for the information regarding the difficulty you have been having in opening a case. As suggested by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, you will want to select the 'my issue is not listed' option to further explain your concern.
