Read onlyHello Fellow Sellers,
I’m reaching out to the community for advice on a serious issue we've been facing with Amazon Seller Central. We've been active on Amazon for 15 years under the brand name "Acne.org" and have had the same listings running smoothly for that entire time. However, recently a glitch on Amazon's platform changed the brand name on half of our listings to "Acne." This error triggered Amazon to flag these listings for "Trademark misuse of (Acne.org)" and resulted in all 9 of these listings being removed as product violations.
Here’s what we’ve done so far:
Contacted Amazon Support, Brand Registry Support, and the Leadership Team: We've been in constant contact with all these teams for over two weeks, but have only received generic responses stating that they are "working on the issue" or "investigating" with no actionable updates or resolution.
Attempted to Edit the Listings: We tried editing the brand name on our listing but we are totally locked out from fixing this typo/glitch.
Has anyone else experienced this type of issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Is there a known workaround to get these listings back up without waiting indefinitely on support? Any advice or insights from those who have faced similar challenges would be greatly appreciated. We’re especially interested in knowing if there’s a safer approach to re-establishing these products on Amazon with our proper brand name, as we as a seller and our listings are 100% compliant.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Tagging a couple of moderators on this thread hoping that someone can help escalate this issue and make the simple fix on our brand name (corrected to "Acne.org") so that our listings may be reinstated.
This is affecting half of our ASINS, listed below. All of these ASINs should have the brand name "Acne.org" and not just "Acne":
P.s. We are also noticing that any new listing we create automatically overrides our brand name "Acne.org" and inputs "Acne" instead, then locks us from changing it.
Any help getting this escalated by moderators would be greatly appreciated!!
You know how bad you wanna say things about Amazon AI, but, are afraid they will mess with your account? (Insert that here). @SEAmod
Posting again on our discussion thread to bump it, we are pleading for help from any moderator who can escalate our issue!
Thanks in advance!

Amazon knows best!
Sorry you are going through this, you have a long road ahead.
We have items that the brand was changed on that we had to abandon because Amazon would not help us.
We do not think amazon will help. Brand Registry is a Chinese hackers paradise. We have encounter this with non-brand items that sold well. That is when we realized that amazon is not our selling partner. We had no choice but to relist. We wish you the best. Hope a mod can help confidence in that is low.
This is our 3rd day tagging every moderator we have seen on these forums in our discussion thread trying to get help. We have yet to receive any help from a moderator or support. Can anyone help us???

UPDATE: After calling every week for 4 weeks, we were finally able to get an Amazon Support Agent to force the brand name fix to take effect on our listings and they reinstated our listings, removing the Trademark violations.
Any other sellers reading this and having a similar issue, don't give up! Eventually someone in Amazon Support or Brand Registry Support will know what to do. It seems this Amazon glitch changing brand names is very difficult for most of Amazon Support agents to figure out. F
ollow up every day and ask to be escalated to a Leadership Team. Moderators also seemed to help by pushing our case ID through escalation on the backend as well. All of a sudden they reinstated all of our listings and fixed the brand name.
Good luck fellow sellers.
