Competitor has copied my product, bundled items, bullet points, and images.. what can I do?
My brand is registered. Although I don't have a trademark on the text or a patent on the product, this competitor has copied my listing almost word-for-word and made their own listing under their own brand.
I tried contacting Brand Registry to submit an infringement report, but the option to report copywritten images is grayed out. Brand Registry support told me to visit Amazon's Contact Us page and submit a ticket.
Amazon support then told me the infringement report must be done through Brand Registry.
So I'm back where I started. Does anyone have a suggestion what I can do? It's so frustrating seeing this sea of Chinese copycats doing this to everyone. 2025 has been a rough year, and I know 2026 will be worse.

"Competitor has copied my product"! That's what the founder of Coca-Cola said 1893 when Pepsi-Cola produced the first products.
That is the free market my friend. If you have no patent and the copy is an EXACT same fabrication you can't do anything.
Do NOT create an infringement for IP rights. If they took your pictures, then you can report a violation for the pictures, but not for the product they sell.
You don't imagine, to how many innovative sellers have happened this same thing.

This is a situation we’ve seen countless times on the forums.
As we noted in another discussion, no matter how much you invest in proprietary development, patents, or trademarks, there’s ultimately no effective way to stop the copycats.
Amazon’s marketplace is designed to reward imitators: once competitors copy a successful product and push prices down, Amazon benefits from the surge in sales while the original innovators are squeezed out of the market—so it’s unrealistic to expect Amazon to provide much help.
Right now, one of our formerly unique products has been copied by overseas competitors. We’re sitting on significant stock in our U.S. warehouses while they keep dropping their price — and we keep matching it, counting on our established reviews to help us sell through that inventory at close to our manufacturing cost.
The only sustainable path we’ve found is to keep innovating, avoid manufacturing in countries where weak IP enforcement makes product designs easy targets for theft, and let those offshore imitators undercut each other until there’s no profit left for them to stay in business.
Fortunately, we’ve also developed some products that solve real problems, face little immediate competition, and so far have been less vulnerable to knockoffs.
For those kinds of items, Amazon’s outsized Google search visibility can be a game changer. A clear, well-written product page that highlights your unique solution can often gain traction and drive increasing sales with only a modest ad budget.

If your brand is registered then you would have a USPTO on the brand name? That would be a wordmark trademark. Are they copying the brand name? That is a good way to report infringement. This would be a brand registry issue, not seller support.

If you are still dealing with this issue, could you send me the compliant ID so I can look at the details and provide the best course of action?

Let's see.... No Federally Registered Trademark, No patents, ...is this a handmade product by chance?
If it is a mfg. item and YOU are not the mfg. then who is? It's one thing for an infringer to copy your product and try to sell under their 'brand name' (which happens A LOT, BTW), but it's really bad when they sell YOUR product (assuming it's actually yours to start with) copy your listing materials and essentially duplicate your marketing materials.
IF this is actually 'your' product as you claim, do you have your own website? If you do, did you use the TM mark anywhere on your pages and hopefully product or packaging? Another that should be on your pages is the copyright statement and year it went in place. If you DID, then you may have some protections under the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and that might allow you to file a DMCA claim against the offender.
