I’m facing a serious issue where all of my FBM listings are not getting the Featured Offer, even though I’ve done everything right. I’ve kept my prices competitive, offered fast shipping, provided excellent customer service, ensured product authenticity, and maintained a clean account with no chargeback issues. Despite all of this, my FBM listings never get the Featured Offer.
Because of this, FBM sales have been extremely low for a long time, even though my FBA sales are doing fine. I’ve also noticed that my FBM ads aren’t getting any impressions, even though I’m using suggested bids and following every best practice Amazon provides.
I’ve created several cases with Seller Support, but every time I escalate the issue, they just give me the same template responses and tell me not to worry about it. But this isn’t a minor issue! My FBM sales have been suffering for a long time, and it’s clear something is wrong.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any real solutions beyond what Amazon’s generic support replies say?
I’d really appreciate any advice!
