I am unable to add product

I am unable to list anything. I already changed the address and payment option. I did this about a week ago. Is anybody else having this issue? Can someone please help 🙏?

Why did you change the address? That means you reset, and address verification needs to be done all over again, if they allow you to, or just deactivate your account for fraud.

Go into the buyer side of the account and make sure the CC is in there also.
