Velocity Review of account when sales increased and over £200000 in funds, severe cashflow issue

We received a performance notification on 1st of July that our account is under temporary review and this review will last no longer then 30 days and to submit trackings for shipped orders and proof of delivery. Reason for this is increased sales which is due to we started providing prime service using amazons easy ship programme. And summer is normally busy times. They rejected our appeal and now they want below documents.

Has anybody gone through this in the past? Shall we submit documents or just wait another 2 weeks and funds will get released? On time delivery rate is 96%. Order defect rate is 0.185. We had shipped 57000 orders in last 2 months.

Below is the response of appeal.

What is happening?

We do not have enough information to reinstate your account for one or more of the following reasons:

-- Evidence of delivery or verify that currently uploaded tracking information is correct. Tracking information may be provided in the Manage Orders section of your seller account. This may include buyer confirmation of receipt or proof-of-delivery documentation.

-- You may be missing critical business information from your account to validate positive buyer-seller history across other sales channels. Provide supporting documents that includes but are not limited to business website and email or company bank information.

-- We have observed a significant increase to your sales or an unusual change in your selling patterns. Please provide us supporting evidence that you have inventory to fulfill all of the orders placed. This includes but is not limited to copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days.

If you are an Amazon Easy Ship seller, please confirm that you use this service for your seller-fulfilled orders as part of your submission and disregard including tracking information. Evidence of delivery and fulfillment should include buyer confirmation of receipt or proof-of-delivery documentation.

How do I send the required information?

Please click on the View Appeal button on the Account Health page (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap) and submit additional information as requested.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?

If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days of the original notification, your account will remain deactivated. Do not attempt to create a new seller account. Creating a new account will delay the reactivation process and may lead to permanent closure of your account.

I spoke to performance team and they advised to submit below , I know it will get rejected again , SHALL WE JUST WAIT ANOTHE TWO WEEKS? ANYBODY FROM PAST EXPEREINCE.

This is Zakir, with Amazon Account Health Support. Thank you for speaking with me regarding your selling account.

I also see a question surrounding the submission of the supporting documents suggested by the account health specialist.

Typically with these types of situations, these documents are required. Although we do advise if you're using Easy Ship, you can acknowledge you involvement and omit the submission of tracking details, however we will still require sourcing invoices and other business details requested along with your written explanation. I cannot advise ignoring this requirements as it can result in the deactivation of selling privileges or features.

Any orders that do fall outside of the Easy Ship program should be accompanied by valid tracking details along with the above mentioned documents such as invoices and supply chain information. If you have any orders in transit, the review may extend until we verify delivery.

Since you posted about a week ago on this topic, have you shared the requested documents? If you have any additional questions or concerns feel free to follow up so I can provide any additional guidance you may need. The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Hello @Seller_81OVwLfe5VJ9K,

Thank you for sharing your concerns with your account review.

I appreciate you sharing your concerns and communication you had with our account health support teams. Based off your description of the situation, you have already provided an appeal explaining your situation. I also see a question surrounding the submission of the supporting documents suggested by the account health specialist.
