Account Suspended
My account was suspended today and i got a email today from amazon saying i was selling a misbranded product and what happend was that i bought that product from alibaba and i did not know that it was a branded product so i started selling and now my account is suspended and there asking for invoices and i need help here what i have to do because i have invoice from alibaba and not from a supplier because i WAS NOT AWARE IT WAS A BRANDED PRODUCT.

Every single listing on Amazon either has a Brand or is listed as generic.
You appear to have had issues selling authentic items since October of last year.

If you are unable to provide invoices or a Letter of Authorization (LOA) you will have to write a Plan of Action (POA) There are multiple threads on the forums regarding this.
If you want help then draft a POA, create a post under Account Health and post a copy of the suspension notification you received from Amazon along with your POA before you submit it to Amazon.
